Year 4 Visit the Guildhall Arts Centre
On Tuesday 18th September Year 4 paid a visit to the Guildhall Arts Centre to take a look at an anthotype exhibition. Local artist Kelly Barfoot showed us how to create these images, a technique which was first invented by Sir William Herschel in 1842. Kelly demonstrated the process and explained how to create the prints. We looked at a variety of finished products and discussed how to produce different colours.
